We lead owners/investors through the acquisition & investment including the mortgage process, analysis of the asset, development & construction, architecture & interior design, and "tie up the bow" by marketing their properties to the luxury industry both the luxury rental market & property sales.

Paloma Bonder founded Bonder Home in November 2020 after owning Spain´s most successful luxury villa rental with a portfolio of over 450 luxury properties spread throughout the most unique spots in the country with offices in Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca, and Barcelona.

 

In 2017 Paloma Bonder decided to sell her company to Le Collectionist, one of the world´s top luxury rental companies and part of Gucci Group.

Since then, Paloma who has PDG in Executive Business, a Master in Marketing for Luxury Hospitality a double degree in Art & Design, took some time off to travel to inspiring places like Japan, worked for United Nations within the Sustainable Development Goals, leading communication for Sustainable Innovation. Recently bought a home in the countryside in Spain where she leads very ambitious projects, grows her organic veggies, and now has opened the door to Bonder Home which combines 5 of her big passions;
