Barcelona´s Food

Barcelona's traditional food and typical dishes are still essential to understanding the gastronomic culture in which the city's most important chefs and restaurants operate. But there is also room for inland preparations, such as escudella and carn d'olla. To this, we can add the butifarras with mongetes, the cocas, the cannelloni, and, of course, the calçots, with their delicious romesco sauce.
