Galicia´s Culture

A land of legends, Galicia is a region rich in uniqueness and tradition.

Its geographical location in the Northwest of Spain with a surface area of 29,575 km2 and a population of 2,691,213 inhabitants leads to a region with abundant vegetation and a coastline on the Atlantic Ocean. The latter facilitated contact with the Celtics who came from Europe, an imprint still present in Galician culture today.

Galicia is a place that grabs you with all five senses.  Its green meadows seduce its visitors, but Galicia is much more, offering landscapes that are unique in Spain, such as the famous estuaries that run along much of the coast. The Rias Baixas, another exceptional region, is a coastal area rich in fish between the cape of Fisterra and the mouth of the Miño.

Galicia is also a synonym for arrival. In the city of Santiago de Compostela ends one of the most famous pilgrimage routes in the world, the Camino de Santiago, which has become a symbol of overcoming for millions of people around the world.

Nature reserves what we all need to invest on

By touch, you can appreciate textures as varied as the sand on the beaches, the tree trunks in the nature reserves, or the stones of monuments erected centuries ago. There are special places such as the beach of Teixidelo, the only one in the world whose black sand is not volcanic, located in San Andrés de Teixido, or where the highest cliffs in continental Europe are to be found.

There are elements of the landscape that make us feel at home, a claim that has gained a lot of strength in recent years has been the monasteries and convents located on cliffs immersed in unique nature and overlooking the Galician coast. These stately properties connect with the needs of the clients creating a home with essence and soul.
